Okay so lets just say I had more time left than I expected so I had time to squeeze in one more outcome or maybe outcomes. I just went with the most common type of merch that is always common and never fails, such as hoodies and shirts. I just drew up some concept ideas of how I wanted the logo to look on the tops.
However finding the right material was not as easy because the heat transfer machine printed best on polyester, I don't know why but it just did. And apparently any other material such as cotton wouldn't be good choice because apparently it can easily wash off when put in the washing machine.
For some reason polyester is nowhere to be found in any shop, H&M, Topman, Bershka... EVEN PRIMARK. So I had to take it to the internet. Luckily my friend Alex found a website drowning in polyester shirts www.plain-t-shirts.co.uk. It was from this website I bought two hoodies to print on and it only took two days.
I just simply placed the logo I already made for the campaign into photoshop, Sam up in level 9 did her magic to bring the logo to life on the heat transfer paper. I had to turn on the machine and wait for it to reach 200 degrees, place the tissue paper on top of the logo and the hoodie and press down the lid for 30 seconds and Voila the "1OAK hoodie" made its debut.
