I'm so interested at the fact that a one minute clip could impact your way of thinking for the better.
I did some research on five types of social media campaigns.
1. Photo campaigns are easy for people, consumers and the target audience to take part in. Majority of people online have photos stored on their desktop and are all familiar with how to upload photos to websites e.g Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and more. Photo campaigns are becoming more noticeable and people are taking part in them.
2. Blog Entries, Social Media campaigns that participants use to create a blog or submit a story are a low barrier to entry campaigns. As the campaign creator I make the theme and list the requirements that participants needs to meet in order to win a prize. Debt Goal for example did a campaign on Facebook that asks participants to share their thrifty tips on how to save money.
3. Design campaigns are fun because the company is asking their consumers to become creative with the brand . There was a campaign called design a shirt for honest foods campaign. Honest foods and Brisckish prodded the artwork and T-shirts template taht participants could use in their designs. Over 2000 original designs featuring the honest foods logo were submitted to the campaign and shared across the internet.
4. Video campaigns are entertaining but just like design campaigns they are also high barrier to enrty campaigns as it requires basic editing skills. If my target audience isn;t experienced with editing I may find myself with only a handful of entries. But if I do find the right audience, it will make the campaign easier by providing the creative assets.
5. ALL THE ABOVE IN ONE
